Just bought a new gravel bike from these guys. So happy with the service. Craig's advice with options in my budget was really helpful & I was impressed with how quickly I had it from when I ordered it. I've used CK for my normal bike repairs too and always been impressed. Highly recommended!

Stopped by whilst out on a ride as was having some gear issues. After a bit of an investigation, they helped out with a little oil and a chain clean up. Gears got me back home and I know what’s needed to get them in better shape. Thanks for the help, would highly recommend these guys.

Very freindly and knowledgeable staff, had new brake fitted and bled and dropper post worked on. Very happy and will be taking my bike their from now on.

I put my bike into whiptail expecting it to take a couple days for them to repair, they went above and beyond and I got it back in perfect condition on the same day. They are masters of their craft and I will be returning whenever I have issues with my bike.

John was happy to fix a dodgy casette install by Halfords, install a correct chain and supply a new rear derailur due to incompatibility. Great service, lovely bloke - will be back again for services and when something goes bang again. Thank you.

Been looking for a Volt Burlington which are in short supple at the moment (August 2025). Rang Urban Cycles and spoke to John who said the had one which we and collected this morning. Very good service and would recommend.

Great little bike shop , highly recommend. John the owner is very pleasant, and helpful , just had a basic service, with new hand grips , and a flat tyre . Bike was ready in 2 days and looked like a new one .
