Charlotte as always provides the most spectacular customer service, she is such a lovely, kind hearted person who gives your order her absolute all. She ensures that everything is to your absolute satisfaction and keeps in contact with you to keep you on track with your order. As well as her service, her products and creativity are spot on, without a doubt the best florist I’ve bought from. Highly recommend.

Ordered flowers for my late mother-in-laws funeral and was very happy with the arrangement the colours were perfect as she was unsure if she could get the colour we were after, would highly recommend. Thank you so much.

Phillipa has just done our wedding flowers. From the first interaction with phillipa and her team we knew from their amazing personalities that we could 100% trust them to make our vision come alive. Phillipa has been a joy to work alongside, we were shown lots of different flowers and what was delivered far exceeded our expectations from what we imagined our flower choices could look like. We choose a wand with flowers for our flower girl and it lasted the full day, with a 4 year old! We really appreciated the courtesy call the day before to check over the details. We would 100% reccomend phillipa to anyone needing any type of flowers. Thank you so much phillipa!

I have been very lucky to have received several Philippa's flowers over the years. They have been such an important part of many special occasions. I used Philippa's for my wedding bouquet (the only real flowers at my away from home wedding) and they were breathtakingly beautiful. I received some as a wedding present from my husband and also for my first mothers day. I love how there are so many different choices available. The ladies who work there are accommodating, patient and very friendly. I can't wait to continue to support this amazing business. If you haven't already I highly recommend the wreath making classes at Christmas. The step by step instructions were easy to follow, especially if you aren't green fingered like myself. Thank you again for all the wonderful memories.

My wedding flowers were lovely, Philippa and her team were friendly, helpful and gave great advice. Lovely bouquet and corsages and button holes, everything was perfect. 5 stars, highly recommend.
