This place was recommended to me by a friend he said the service level is next level . So when they had the ebike on sale I had to try them and got to admit from the moment I walked in to collect the bike I was greeted in a friendly manor offered a coffee then they got my bike for me that I had ordered online the young sales guy and the mechanic went through every part of the handover. I've never had an ebike before so had plenty of questions and they were all answered they even helped me load it into the car . Done about 100 miles on the bike so far and it has been set up perfectly can't complain at all so thanks very much guys 5 stars from me.

After purchasing an electric mountain bike from JE James Rotherham around a month ago, I can safely say that if you want a bike that will be ready to rock straight from the shop, these guys won’t disappoint! My first 150 miles of riding have covered varying terrain including some of the roughest I’d want to put my new bike through at Fort William in Scotland and still not one bolt has loosened and the bike is silent. Beyond that, the customer service was excellent and any questions I had (too many) were answered with clarity and detail despite my late arrival close to the closing time. Thanks again guys!

Purchased 2 electric bikes today my husband & myself, all 3 members of staff were so lovely & helpful. We had visited 4 other bike shops around Sheffield and by far the customer service stood out a mile, also the show room was great! What an amazing asset this shop is to Sheffield. Thank you again for your help and patience with us lol.

What a great company. Have used them twice now and will not be the last. I had an issue where I broke a small component (heavy handed idiot!) but got on the phone and was sorted by uberbike in less than 24 hours. Great service, great parts and good price. What’s not to like.

I made mistakes on the minefield of different caliper adapters and was swiftly set right by the returns dept. (thanks Sarah). As for the parts, the quality is beyond OEM and clearly machined and finished by pros. Will definitely use again.

Great bunch of people and brilliant products. Recently bought a set of brake pads for my Hope brakes for my Bike Park Wales trip that they helpfully recommended to me. They held up brilliantly! Will definitely continue to buy from them in the future.

PLANET X REVIEWS

Bought a Scandal 29er, I use the bike probably more than most people do but nothing too heavy, I ride every other day to try keep fit (over past couple of years). I've had a few small issues which have all been covered by the SRAM & Planet X warranty team very quickly, I was so suprised and the response has been so fast, it's like night and day compared to my prev bike shop in Wakefield. Special thanks to Ben in the warranty/build department offering his expertise over email and in person. I will be staying with Planet X for the foreseeable.

Best costumer service I've ever had. Purchased a new carbon bike 2 years ago and recently damaged my forks. Contacted their team and they were super helpful when dealing with my request. I sent the bike to them and within a week they sent it back fixed. Ben from Planet X was very helpful and helped me understand what the problem was.

Enquired if a replacement part (head bearing set) existed for my 2016 Parkwood. Part suggested, bought, fitted, perfect! Swift delivery and very good price. Thanks.
