PETS AT HOME ROTHERHAM REVIEWS

We attended an animal care workshop with our Cub Scout pack. The two members of staff were really patient with our Cubs, explained what was going to happen, talked about animal care, asked the Cubs questions about their knowledge. We also got to pet some animals. The staff were careful to make sure the animals were happy and comfortable. The Cubs also got to feed the fish. This was a great workshop for us to help us work towards our animal carer badge.

Went o the Parkgate store on Friday and cannot praise two staff members enough, I had two separate problems and Andrea and McKenzie were so helpful,patient and professional throughout,nothing was two much trouble, well done ladies and thank you for your help.

One of the best pets store, large size store, wide range of fish collection, aquarium, grooming, friendly customer service. Overall excellent.

I was advised by the vet to buy my dog a cone while his wound healed. I call the store to make sure you had the products I wanted in stock and spoke too a lovely girl called Maddy who took the time to go and look to make sure you had the right size . Once in the store Maddy again was great she took me to where I needed to be and helped me check that the cone was the right size and showed me the other products I may need. The other girl was busy with another customer but took the time to say hello and fussed my dog. It's the first time I have been to Cooke's but won't be the last based on today's experience. Oakley isn't too happy with my purchase but it's for his own good

An outstanding pet supplies store with some specialist foods and supplements as well as your everyday supplies for pets of all shapes and sizes, all the foods seem to be on offer , both wet and dry. All the other pet supplies you can want from dishes to beds and most anything you can want . The staff are very helpful and knowledgeable. In my opinion it beats the big chains hands down.

Excellent pet supply shop with fair prices. Lots of choice for your dog(s), including some of the more premium brands which is nice! Nice treat selection. Plenty of doggy gear too!

Came in a few days ago and the staff that served me were very lovely, gave great advice for my pets and overall made it a great shopping experience. It was also a very nice shop itself and had a great variety of items for sale, for all kinds of animals. Will be back!!

Lovely independent pet shop, owners are really friendly and knowledgable about animals and they do Bulmers raw food which our cat loves! Great dog groomer upstairs too.

Buy our raw dog food here and their boxes of raw treats too. Dogs love the food and the treats.
