Amazing service from Jesse on a bike fit and general advice about a new bike. Lovely experience chatting to him and Tony in store, not rushed or anything and happy to chat about all things cycling. I can't recommend this service and these guys enough. Will definitely be going back for services and advice in the future.

Paul was great in supporting my purchase of a Giant TCR. He was so helpful and knowledgable about the different bikes available and the components on offer. His advice and service were both perfect throughout the whole process. The bike is excellent and a great fit too.

Extremely generous service from the Giant team, as usual! Sorted out a bike issue, gave me some bike boxes and even helped me squeeze them into my car, all in the space of 15 minutes and for no charge. Thank you!

Excellent service from the start, they took full details of what the issues were with my daughters bike. They checked it out throughly and found what was causing the problem. It was reasonable priced. I had visited another bike store. 3 times and they had not taken the time to make sure the bike was safe and working as it should. Thankfully, the mechanic at Trek made sure the bike was safe and working smoothly, enabling my daughter to get back to training.

Great customer service, super friendly staff who are so helpful and I always have great confidence that my bike is serviced correctly. The staff keep me informed before proceeding with any repairs and my bike is always ready when promised, thank you.

Fantastic experience here. Rich and Chloe are highly knowledgeable and the free maintenance course they put on was absolutely fantastic. Great range of products as well. Recommend.

Just picked up my new Gravel Bike (Giant Revolt) having previously been into the store to view gravel bike options. The guys in the store provided some great advice and checked my size and bike fitting on the turbo trainer. Despite being busy on a Sunday afternoon when collecting my bike I received great service from Andy and Lewis in the Sheffield store and even got offered a coffee whilst they were with another customer. Top service from JE James as always.

Really impressed, well stocked, knowledgeable and friendly staff, excellent workshop. Efficient and very friendly mechanics, squeezed me in at the end of the day, fixed the issue promptly and shared a few tips, very reasonable prices.

Absolutely amazing 5 star service from Lewis and all the staff for fitting my bike in for a firmware update last minute.
