What amazing people and service Tiago offer. I can't recommend them enough. After looking at a variety of places to get an engagement ring from I decided to go to Tiago and I am so pleased that I did. From the minute I arrived they were warm, welcoming, patient and had amazing knowledge. Jane and David were both incredible and took me through the design process of creating this bespoke ring. They were honest throughout the process and I am absolutely thrilled with the outcome of the ring as is my now fiancé. Thank you so much and we will be seeing you soon for our wedding bands too!! Also, my husband surprised me with a bracelet from here for the morning of, it was engraved with a phrase from our first dance, it was totally stunning and they guided him through the process. Even through all communication I had with Jane, she didn't let it slip and I was totally shocked! David, Katie and Jane could not have been more helpful and we will be recommending Tiago to everyone.

A great experience in regards to customer service, friendliness and a superb quality ring. I unfortunately left my wedding ring purchase to the last minute. Jane and Lily helped me try on quite a few rings with no pressure and after I chose one that suited me they had it made in a time that suited my wedding day. Had a chat with David when I went in to collect the ring and what a passionate and proud person he is about his store and the fact that his jewelry is made in Sheffield, which is the reason I went to them in the first place. I would recommend.

We loved having our wedding rings made by Tiago jewellery! We wanted a personal and bespoke design experience with a jeweller who took on board our ideas and designs whilst sharing practical and honest advice about would and wouldn’t work - David gave us just that. At each visit we always felt as though we were given all the time we wanted and never rushed into anything. The whole team were so approachable and welcoming. It was a lovely experience & exciting to see the ring design come to life via CAD, 3D printing & stone selection, all helping to visualise the end piece which was perfect.

We had heard wonderful things from friends who had come to Chapel Jewellers. I came with my dad and we received such a warm and very friendly welcome. Tracy looked after us beautifully and we received a more than fair price for items we were selling. I would highly recommend coming here first! Thank you so much for everything.

Visted this store a couple of days ago to sell and purchase some items. The lady who owns the shop did me a fantastic deal on the gold i took into store. Great service. Definitely will be revisting.
