Professional and knowledgeable, they did a great job with my bike and didn't try to add things on that didn't need doing. I am a great believer in supporting local business and this is exactly why, the guys will help and advise you on what needs doing and not just try to bump up how much you are paying.

I had a mechanical on a long charity bike ride, had a mechanical only a couple of miles from Cycle Technology. I made it there and they fixed my bike in about 30mins and I was on my way. Excellent service and a friendly helpful team. Thank You.

From the first phone call until collecting my bike, all staff at the J’s cycles store Wakefield offered a premier service. I will buy all future bikes from here. I travelled approximately 90 minutes to go and select the colour I wanted in the Pinarello Dogma f and they gave great advice on the sizing. The offer seemed to great to be true on the internet, so I presumed the custom options would be limited and the bike would come as described. J,s allowed me to customise the build at almost no additional costings, price matching the saddle I wanted was a great touch on the already heavily reduced offer they were giving. The build quality so far seems great. They went out of there way to bring the build forward 24 hours at very short notice, as I was working in the area. On Collection, they made it feel special. Having the bike on a display stand perfectly polished. It felt more like a Ferrari dealership than a bike shop. Top, top class.

OMG. From the initial phone call to Scott, Josh contacted me and I went over to try a Pinarello F7 for sizing. Scott rang back to confirm contact. I then plunged for The Dogma F. Josh has gone above and beyond with all my questions. Kev then fitted the bike to me and it feels perfect. I have done my inaugural ride today and it’s amazing. All the staff should be very proud of the professionalism they gave to me as a customer and I wish J s Cycles all the success. Outstanding Team.

They guys have done me a solid with a warranty claim on a Mavic wheel which did not come from them. Great service, great communication and saved me a lot of money. Thanks Js.

EVANS CYCLES WAKEFIELD REVIEWS

Went in to get some advice on electric bikes and 20 minutes later £2,500 was gone. The guys in the shop were so helpful that I was more than happy to buy a bike from them there and then. They took the time to take me through everything I needed to know and were more than happy to answer my numerous questions. An hour after buying it the bike had been fully set up and had a firmware update ready for me to take it away. Huge thanks to a great team!

Visited today to purchase a bike, received excellent customer service from Adam who helped me to purchase the right bike for my needs as well as other items.

Took my carbon bike wheel to get fixed and Alex did a fantastic job .highly recommend. Thank you.
