I bought a small single mattress and the customer service was exceptionally good. I must say you should not try to phone them as the lines are always very busy - but email and they reply the same day. Jade from the Customer Service team was very good ensuring the delivery was on time, providing shipping details and even when the cover of the mattress had a minor defect, she quickly shipped a replacement at no extra cost. Very good company - and the best is we are supporting British Business! - instead of going to Amazon or Ebay and buying cheap Chinese products.

We have just been in to purchase a new memory foam mattress cover, the staff were very helpful and friendly, Billy who dealt with us was absolutely great, we got a excellent quality new cover at a very reasonable price, Would definitely recommend. Cheers Faye &. Martin.

Amazing service, can’t fault product. Was able to pick up next day. Billy and his lads was more then helpful with the early morning pick ups. 100% recommend and will be coming again.

Had a fantastic shopping experience today. We had some idea of what we wanted, but Omar was really helpful and knowledgeable in respect of the products and gave us some valuable guidance. We bought an ottoman bedframe and combination gel mattress after talking through our requirements. He was pleasant, polite, offering us all a drink, and did us a great deal. I'd definitely go back to this store again. I was really impressed with his no-nonsense, amenable manner.

Wow. I am so glad that I went to the Dreams store in Wakefield. I felt so lost looking for a really nice bed for myself when Omar came and assisted me. He was really nice, offered me a drink and we looked through different options based on what I was looking for. He helped me find the best bed frame and mattress for me and I couldn’t be more pleased. I am so happy I came today.

This was such a good experience and melvyn [salesman] made us so welcome and really gave us such good advice. While the sale was going through he even made us a coffee - which you don't get in other stores. Highly recommend that if you are buying a bed or mattress you visit this store

Visited mattresses and divan centre today. We were greeted by john who was very friendly. We looked around freely without getting howned into buying. The shop has a great range and had exactly what I needed. Once I told john what I wanted he put together a more than generous offer and even threw in a freebie at the end. With free and fast delivery. I would highly recommend.

The best Customer Service I have experienced in decades! The price was exceptional and the bed/mattress is super comfy. It is like sleeping on a marshmallow! I asked for it to be delivered at a specific time and they went above and beyond to help me. I would HIGHLY recommend this retailer.

Purchased double mattress and 2 single sizes. Great price. Delivered promptly. No sales pitches, just honest and helpful advice. Highly recommend. Won't waste my time shopping about any more. Stick to this place.
