3 Best Sports Shops in Wakefield, UK

I've shopped at three Go Outdoors stores and have been so impressed by the sales staff, who have always been well-informed and friendly with no hesitation to help. Once again, Christine (at Wakefield, Horbury Bridge store)went out of her way, managing to serve at least 3 people by searching for the things we were looking for, making it all look effortless but still coming up with the goods and not making any of us feel any less important. She deserves some recognition for always being a friendly face. On line shopping is great if you're certain of what you want, however nothing replaces genuine service and knowledge of products. I highly recommend a visit.

Great service! We arrived here just before closing to buy an emergency camping mattress. The friendly staff saved my friend from sleeping on the ground. 10/10 would recommend!

Called into our local store today was served by a young man called Marcus. He was very polite and helpful. He was pleasant and also made us aware of a BOGOF offer we weren't aware of. Great value for money.

Fantastic customer service from all the staff in this store, but especially Helen, Chloe & Katie. Always friendly, greet you when entering the store, give advice, help, listen to what you are asking, offer the best service and nothing too much trouble. The store is always tidy and clean and designated areas for each type of clothing make it easy to view. A big thankyou to Katie today, who was so patient and helpful and nothing was too much trouble. Very much appreciated.

Came into the store looking for a lightweight waterproof coat today and the two girls working are a credit to the company. They showed me multiple options and explained which coat would be the most suitable for my needs. They know their products inside out and were so lovely. Thankyou ladies.
