Very last minute derailleur service, I knew they are busy but on the off chance they could squeeze this in. Thankfully I called and was told to drop it in and they could take a look, needed to leave as en route to funeral. Dropped the bike off in the am, picked up pm and new cable fixed the issue. Many many thanks for this excellent service.

A fantastic experience. I have purchased a few bikes many many years ago from them. They have just repaired my bike under warranty (I didn't even buy the bike from them) Amazing customer service and knowledgeable staff. Great experience 5 Stars. We will definitely be returning.

Visited the bike shop for the third or fourth time, this time with my daughter's bike as the brakes were not working correctly. Andrew dropped everything to look at them, and spotted the issue. When I picked up the bike it was in a much better state, and brakes were like new! Also charged a very reasonable rate for the work. Thanks so much for your help! I will be back.

My chain snapped on my Merida very inconvenient. Barbourne cycles managed to fit me in quickly and sort the problem out really appreciate this as this my only form of transport to work. Thank you would highly recommend.
