Everyone deserves to be loved and valued and that's how Anja treats all her clients. With decades of exquisite experience in the jewelry industry, Anja is so talented in bringing the most beautiful pieces together. Design work, repairs, signature designs and simply indulgent jewelry for every kind of budget are yours to be utterly tempted by. Anja has pretty much provided every new piece of jewelry I've owned since the boutique opened and all exquisitely recommended by her. All of my antique and legacy jewelry is expertly cared for by her. If you want to feel special or make your loved feel utterly spoiled I highly recommend a little blue bag from Anja Potze. Once you've pulled that little blue ribbon, you'll just keep coming back and are guaranteed a genuinely platinum service.

Anja and her team provided 5 star service and quality throughout the process of creating my bespoke wedding ring. Sarah and Anja brought my idea to life, ending up with a ring even better than I'd hoped. The price was very reasonable considering the quality of the stones, and the level of experience and craftsmanship involved. I as not expecting to purchase the breitling watch that I did but after the assistant ( Annie I think her name was) allowed me to see and try on dozens of watches I was able to to borrow it down to one. Then add the extra discount I received I had no choice but to buy it. Topping this off with champagne while we waited really did make for excellent experience and I would definitely use them again for any jewellery purchases.

I recently bought two rings , engagement and Eternity to replace previous ones. There was a lovely selection to choose from. They are beautiful I'm so thrilled with them. The service was excellent, unhurried and personal ; they were delivered to me securely. I would highly recommend Frazer Hart jewellers in Worcester.

Wonderful service today when I had to have my wedding ring cut off. I will definitely be going back to get the ring resized when my finger has recovered from being squished so tight for so many years. I was charged nothing for the service and they put my cut off ring in a beautiful little bag to keep it safe until I return. Amazing customer service. Would definitely recommend.

And also to the lady who described herself as the one who walks round chatting with people - I don’t normally leave reviews but they really was exceptional. Thank you both so much for making our visit so much fun and very memorable.

got served by Tippi and she was amazing! my mum went in to get a plain bangle but wasn’t sure which one would be best, Tippi took the time to show my mum the different range of bangles they had and try on various ones. she didn’t rush us and gave us her opinions on which would be suited better for what we wanted it for. thank you for a pleasant, helpful and friendly visit!

Lovely friendly helpful staff and lots of beautiful jewellery to choose from. Also added another charm to my beautiful bracelet for my birthday from my hubby!
