The sleeping areas are separately heated and thermostatically controlled during the colder winter to keep your dog as comfortable as possible. Left my beautiful dog Cali in their care for 3 weeks. Collected today, very well taken care of and they even gave her a bath so she smells gorgeous! Would highly recommend, total peace of mind whilst away with lots of photos for reassurance. 5stars, would give more if I could. Massive thank you to all the staff.

My cat Coco is very well looked after at Ewloe Cattery, I cannot praise them enough. Where he stays is very light & airey, play area & sleeping area, all very safe. It is very reassuring I dont have to worry whilst i am away & he is happy to go there. Fully recommend.

Charlie is now an old 14 year old spaniel who has only ever stopped here when we go away. We use the kennels 2-3 times every year and are always pleased with them. He has returned to us having had a lovely bath and all over pampering. Thank you

What a fantastic place .i researched for a few weeks and Birchwood always came on top and i can see why .from the spotless kennels to the amazing staff i can't recommend them enough. They have been great with my girl Blue considering it was her first time at any kennals they sent me video and photo updates .which was a lovely touch and the fact that they allowed Blue to stay longer means im happy in the knowledge my dog is in great hands . Thank you to all at Birchwood

My 2 bulldogs stayed with them for a week, one is very reactive to other dogs and I was so nervous to leave him! But the staff were absolutely amazing with them both,they sent me pictures nearly every day and happily cleaned them and did their meds everyday! I was so impressed with how much they care about the animals individually and actually had a stress free holiday without worrying about the dogs! And we can’t thank them enough.

Thanks so much for taking care of Maple and Walt. You fitted us in and were flexible when our return flight was delayed. They have come home happy and clearly well looked after. We were really impressed by the facilities. Staff were friendly.

Our two girls are in daycare here once a week and have regular overnights most months too. It's like sending them to stay with family they both adore Jackie and Rich and get so excited to get dropped off. They're so well looked after with lovely warm rooms, regular exercise and lots of love and fuss, and they come home tired and happy. We highly recommended Jessie's where they love your dogs as much as you do.

My 2dogs our babies have spent 2 nights here this weekend an excellent service from drop off to collection. My older dog has atachment issues he doesnt like being away from us but settled her perfect. The building and facillitys are second to none. TOTALLY RECOMMEND TO ALL my dogs will deffintly be back diolch yn fawr iawn jackie a richard ffrom bale and Harry.

Jackie & Rich , are brilliantly caring , they look after Jess & Hemp , it’s like home from home , both happy staying with them , don’t want to home Highly recommended Angela & Mike.

Lovely place, friendly staff, my young dogs first stay and she was great. They let me know by messages that she was ok and sent some photos during her stay which was lovely. I would definitely use the dog hotel again. Thank you all. Reply
