My husband is disabled and we called for a taxi to get us home They did not have any a gave us a time which was quite a bit later We were desperate so said we would wait the lady I spoke to managed to get us a taxi earlier than the expected time she was very nice and friendly.

Booked Direct Cars for the first time this evening. Excellent service. We had booked a return journey too. Both drivers arrived on time and were polite. Fare was very competitive too! Direct Cars, from now on, will be my taxi of choice.

Had a taxi to and from Liverpool Airport, had the pleasure of having Joe as the driver for both journeys. Very safe driver and very funny guy to have a good conversation with, flight was tracked for the way back, no issues. Reasonable cost and reliable service. Thanks again!
