“Coxmoor House Kennels & Cattery provides kennels and cattery designed to offer your much-loved dog or cat a safe and happy environment. All kennels are fully centrally heated and double-glazed, with glass between each run so the dogs can still see each other, reducing the likelihood of spreading airborne bugs. They have three 2-acre fields with secure (dug into the ground) 6-foot high fencing, so your dog can have one-to-one time with staff twice a day, off-lead exercise. They cater for almost every diet (with a large range of feeds in stock) and will follow your instructions in detail.

2025 Update: Coxmoor House Kennels & Cattery is an Animal Activity Licence No 2 issued by Ashfield District Council. The boarding kennels and cattery are set in delightful rural surroundings, situated between Mansfield and Kirkby in Ashfield, and are ideally located to serve Nottingham, Ravenshead, Chesterfield, Worksop as well as Newark and all surrounding areas.”

Cannot fault the care and attention the staff at Coxmoor House Kennels and Cattery give our dog, Skye. She can't wait to get into reception when we arrive and get the fuss and attention. When we pick her up she has clearly been well looked after. The staff are very professional as well as friendly and accommodating. Brilliant people and service.

Brilliant kennels, Max loves coming here and the staff are so kind and welcoming. Would highly recommend especially if you are nervous about leaving your dog. Always know he is in good hands here. They also have a secure field you can book which Max loves having a run round, it’s really well looked after and plenty of room for him to roam.

what a amazing place to leave your fur babies!!!!! never left my dogs in kennels before as i was worried we’ll worry not this team is amazing your babies are in great hands and as for sadie the groomer she is fabulous not only did my dogs have a holiday the had a pamper too.

Highly Recommended - Would Not Take Our Dog Anywhere Else! Our dog loves these kennels, the staff are friendly, professional and the kennels are really clean. He is always well looked after when he stays over. Thanks so much for sending a picture of Banksy whilst I’m away, it made me so happy seeing him with a big smile on his face and enjoying his ball play in the field :-) Looking forward to picking him up tomorrow. Monty stayed here for a week in his first time away from us in kennels. Needless to say we were apprehensive but we were well informed what to expect. We were able to follow Monty on his walks via Facebook photos and could call whenever we liked to check in on him. We picked Monty up and he was absolutely fine and happy and definitely seemed well looked after, even having had a bath! Would recommend here.

We have two family dogs that have now stayed at Babbington Hall Kennels, this was the third time using their services and we couldn't be more than happy with them. The staff are great and they provide regular updates on social media as long as you consent to this. The dogs are always washed and groomed on return which is always helpful. Highly recommend this kennel to those needing dog care during holidays etc.

Love this place! Used to go for air rifle shooting but stopped after covid. Recently went for archery with family and we all loved it! We're trying axe throwing this weekend. Staff are great and very friendly, would highly recommend! Booking is recommended as they can get busy, especially if your looking to rent their equipment, prices are great aswel, and to have it locally is brilliant!

Brilliant spot - fishing, archery, air rifles and now drones as we have been lucky enough to hire a field from the owners and host drone races with our friends. Brilliant!

Such a awesome place went for the knife and tomahawk throwing nationals and archery the staff are amazing and the venue is beautiful will be returning.
