From the minute I walked in, I was looked after and made to feel really special. My hairdresser Evie did an absolutely brilliant job. I love my new Balayage, Evie is very talented and as I am new to Balayage , she knew exactly what to do and I trusted her from the minute go.The products are scrumptious, I am definitely going to save up and treat myself as my hair felt gorgeous and very healthy which I have not had for a very very long time. Lovely staff, lovely place and wonderful results that are always better than I expect. I travel back home from uni just to see Billie and Matt because they’re both incredible and I’ve never had better. The guy at reception is always so welcoming and lovely too. Couldn’t find anything to fault.

I was so nervous as a first time client but I felt so welcomed and put at ease right away. The staff were friendly and welcoming, especially on the front desk when I arrived. Mimi was lovely and gave me a beautiful hair cut.

I have had blonde hair for the past 4 years which Leo has been doing for me for about a year and a half now and every time I walk away from my appointment I’m so so happy with the results. During my most recent appointment I decided to make a change to brunette and straight away Leo knew exactly what to do to get the result I was looking for. Throughout the whole process they told me what they were doing and why they were doing it (which I love because it really helps me trust the process) and I love love love how it turned out. And on top of that Leo is so good to chat to, they really cheered me up that day and I walked away 10x more confident and happy than when I walked in. The salon vibe as a whole is so friendly and you can tell the stylists are all genuinely nice people. The whole experience is 10/10 every time.

It was my very first experience at this salon and this won't be the last! I have Asian thick hair and Philippa did my balayage and haircut. I must say the results were amazing exactly as I wanted. Prices are very good too as compared to others. This is another plus point. Quality is never compromised. Yes they are very busy and won't answer the phone calls but just pop in, ask for consultation and book your appointment.They are the most friendly staff I have ever met at a salon. They are very understanding and supportive too. Thank you so much! This is my only go to Salon for my hair from now on.

I was really nervous about getting my hair bleached for the first time and Leyla could not have made me feel or done better! I asked for a natural, strawberry blonde look and they over-delivered all whilst having a lovely chit chat! Thx so much to Leyla and Trinity for a lovely experience, I will definitely be back soon.
