Had a lovely lunch after a dog walk around Scawby. The bar is very dog friendly, the staff were fabulous with my 14yr old lab. Light bites very tasty for a lunchtime. Cider very good too.

Enjoyable Sunday lunch, with a good veggie version too. Our waitress was great and all staff were friendly and helpful. We like it a lot!

We love this place, it’s our go to for a good meal out. Tastes great, friendly service and reasonably priced. 5*.

THE GEORGE INN REVIEWS

Just wanted to say how wonderful our meal at the George inn was. We celebrated our anniversary weekend here on the Friday night and our table was decorated beautifully with hearts and a red rose. The two young ladies who waited on us were wonderful and so was the food. A great wine list and tasteful hot food served excellently. We would fully recommend eating here. I hope the restaurant owner appreciates these two young ladies, as it is rare nowadays for this age group to be so attentive and good at their job. We would love to return soon.

Friendly staff, good atmosphere and great food. We had the chicken wings platter with sides of chips and onion rings to share on the table. The chicken wings portion was spot on and they tasted absolutely amazing, compliments to the chef!

Had a roast lunch meal today, couldn't fault anything. Perfect choices, excellent food and very friendly staff. Will definitely be back.

We have just moved to the area and it was our first visit to the imaginarium. We couldn’t believe how big it was and how beautiful inside was. Certainly a hidden gem. The atmosphere was so lovely and it was full. We had a steak and a calzone and the food was all amazing! Service was brilliant and we wasn’t waiting long for drinks or food. The garden room is beautiful. We were so taken by the place we asked for information on booking for our wedding. This will definitely become our regular eating/drinking spot.

Love this place! Great ambience and the food is outstanding! This was our fourth visit in recent months, each time with different friends or family, everyone has been impressed by the standard of the food. The staff also deserve a mention for their professional and friendly service. Definitely one of our favourite restaurants!
