Ourselves and friends booked a table for Sarurday night, we was told a large party was booked in, that it could be noisy and a belly dancer would be there ( none of this put us off ) When we arrived the party was in full swing and the belly dancer was entertaining. In fact the belly dancer was fab. Yes the music was a bit loud but on polite request it was turned down. However, we had been forwarned it could be noisy. The food was exceptional. We ordered chicken, prawn and beef dishes, all piping hot and delicious. The staff were friendly, helpful and welcoming. Nothing was too much trouble. The party were friendly and chatty and apologised if they were too noisy. They offered us drinks and gave us a slice of cake. We enjoyed their entertainment, their hospitality and the laughs they provided. All in all a great night.

A really great place with personnelle that were so Very kind and helpful we did a takeout service but would definitely go back for a meal with my husband. They deserve nothing less than 5 stars. Thankyou. 17pounds 70 I'll be back!

We where here on the 29th June. From the booking to the service they were so helpful. Booking is advisable. No it's, buts or maybes the food is excellent and the service friendly. Thank you Pear City for a lovely time

The food was really good and tasty. Portion sizes were generous, too. The sizzling beef with garlic, ginger, and spring onions was my favourite, but it was all very nice. Service was spot on, and the staff were attentive, polite and kind; they even gave my kids a free pudding for the eldest's birthday, without us asking, which was a nice touch.

Superb meal , excellent service. I use a wheelchair the owner and all members of staff demonstrated nothing but kindness and consideration. It is a listed building as a result it cannot be adapted ie. has steps which did NOT spoil the experience at all. Loved all food and people. I look forward to returning.

Had a fantastic banquet meal for the whole family. Nothing was too much trouble and the service was excellent. The food was delicious and the portions were extremely generous Can absolutely recommend!

Best Chinese takeaway in Scunthorpe. If I could be a food I would be this Chinese takeaways food. I wanna marry this restaurant that's how good it is. If this place ever shuts down for whatever reason I'm just gonna dig myself a hole in my garden and live in there forever.

Very friendly staff. Fantastic service. Food not only delicious but very generous portions. Fresh vegetables in the food. Highly recommended!! The whole family loved it!.
