Fitted us in at short notice on arrival due to online booking issue (needed to select a menu but wouldn't allow us) lovely, polite and more than helpful lady at the desk this evening. The food was hot, fresh and replenished well over the time we spent here. The carver was a delight, so polite and welcoming! Drinks were quick even though the waitress let us know she was running on her own in our area, she also ensured our bill was correct before I tapped my card (most wouldn't so THANKYOU) Can't wait to come back. Thank you.

Exceptional service! Staff were very welcoming, polite and professional. Food was fresh, hot and tasty! Second time we have used this Toby and we will be returning. I'd like to add, on the same evening our party were booked into the Harvester. Long story short we left as the Harvester was filthy and we booked into Toby Carvery at very short notice. Our short notice booking was accommodated for without fuss. Further to note, the Toby was clean! Thankyou for a lovely evening!

A nice Toby Carvery. Decor was modern and the restaurant was clean. Food was normal Toby Carvery fayre; selection of meat and loads of veg, which you tend to pile up too high! Service was notably good. Everyone was smiley and helpful. Table service was attentive and quick.

HARVESTER POOLE REVIEWS

It has been a few years since we last visited any Harvester restaurant. Whilst on holiday in Bournemouth we decided to go for something to eat . When a lot of restaurants downsized their food I was pleasantly surprised by the meals of a good sized portions and salad bar in the price and soft drinks unlimited refills. We had a large rack of ribs and Cajun chicken flat bread (as in the pics). This was a good call. The whole restaurant has a nice decor and feels fresh . Service was quick and very helpful staff . Really recommend Parking: Plenty of parking spaces and wide enough and easy to get into.

Great food - haven't been to Harvester in a while but will be returning sooner rather than later. Great options for the kids too and their build your own sundae was a winner. Sarah was fantastic too - very friendly and helpful. Kid-friendliness: Great kids menu - plenty of choices.

Amazing service, Sarah was attentive, polite and made us feel so welcome. She explained that she was finishing her shift and was going to hand us over to her colleague. It made us feel really valued and like a regular.

DELFINO LOUNGE REVIEWS

Found Delfino lounge by chance. Was searching everywhere for a place to eat with my daughter who has celiac disease. Decided to go in here and was greeted by friendly staff who seated us and gave us a total gluten free menu. So much choice that would suit everyone's taste. Food was amazing, fast service and value for money. Would definitely recommend.

Amazing experience here, so much so we came back another 2 times in the same week! Amazing food for breakfast and great drinks as always!

Another fab lounge. Never had a bad experience here... lovely tapas and super reasonable price. Can't go wrong with any of the lounges really!
