Always a great atmosphere when we come to miller and carter Poole. Our steak expert Ellis was enthusiastic and welcoming. And genuinely a nice guy. The food as always was amazing and the steaks were cooked perfectly. We had the Butchers Block for main to share and it’s a perfect combination of steaks and bone marrow brisket. Very reasonably priced considering the amount of food and the quality of the steaks. No complaints at all. Left very full as we always do.

First time for us as a couple going to Miller & Carter Poole and I really must say how lovely it was. Very clean and very friendly first impressions on entering the restaurant. Shown to our table where it was pleasantly busy with happy looking customers. Our waiter Chris was very knowledgeable about the menu & extremely friendly & fun to talk with. Definitely would recommend & go back again ( hoping that Chris is working! although I’m sure the rest of the staff are just as nice & friendly too. Photo is of my dinner which was the 8oz Fillet Steak with Peppercorn sauce & seasoned fries.

We visited this restaurant during our holiday and were impressed by the great reviews online. I must say, they were spot on! We were served by Chris, who was an absolute gentleman. He was polite, very helpful, and incredibly friendly, all while wearing a big smile. He really made our experience wonderful. We loved this place and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great dining experience.

Absolutely spot on, I had the 21oz rump steak and it was cooked perfectly, my wife chose the ribs and chicken combo and said that the flavours were the best she's ever had, the side dishes made the mouth water just looking at them. The staff were amazing and couldn't do enough for us making sure that we were happy the whole time we were there. If we lived in the area we would definitely eat here once a month. Thanks to everyone for an amazing meal and your hospitality.

Had an amazing meal here whilst visiting poole. Come here for game-changing steaks that are cooked to perfection, and you can even ask for flavoured butters and sauces. All round great experience and amazing food.

Would defo ignore the reviews! I live in Westbourne and can’t believe I have only now just tried here! The service and staff go out there way to accommodate us. The bartender- I think Courtney was so quick to recommend a cocktail before being seated- although she was very busy. Food was fab and the way it was served was even better, I couldn’t fault a think and can’t wait to come back for my fathers birthday. Thanks so much for great hosting and best food.

Excellent food. The salad bar had everything we wanted. The various meats served at our table were all perfectly cooked, hot and delicious. We enjoyed a couple of cocktails each and a bottle of a lovely light red wine. The dessert menu is quite limited, but we both found dishes we really enjoyed, washed down with a dessert wine. Our waitress "Chelsea" was knowledgeable, helpful and attentive without being intrusive. She made the evening that little bit more pleasant. The atmosphere was good, but would have been better if it was more busy, but sadly the football kept people away. We will definitely go back and take family and friends with us. And that is probably the best compliment we can give.

Nice place to go for a meal. The restaurant was spotless and staff were friendly. Good thing a new Brazilian rodizio is in town. The meat was really tasty and they have a good variety of sides and nice bread and is all unlimited! I booked the table online and had to pay 10£ deposit per person and I’ve parked the car in a parking that is literally 2min walking from there. They also have good mocktails which is good for those you don’t drink alcohol. The only thing my boyfriend didn’t liked it was the fact they only had 1 lager out of the 4 options in the menu as the other one they had was a cider.

What a fantastic food experience will be our new favourite place to eat the staff are friendly and the food is quality just make sure you skip lunch if you are having dinner there.
