TOAST COFFEE HOUSE AND CAFE REVIEWS

First visit here today, and must say what a lovely place it is. All the staff were very friendly and polite, the food was served very quickly (even though it was busy). And it was very tasty. Took the dog with us so we sat in the covered outdoor area, it has heaters you can turn on yourself. It's all just very well presented. Will look forward to visiting here again. Very happy with it.

Perfect way to start a relaxing Sunday morning, great choice of breakfasts, lovely atmosphere, great value, staff are just so friendly & welcoming. Have yet to visit for lunch but it's on my agenda!! I can honestly highly recommend a visit, you won't be disappointed.

Heard about this place a month ago from a friend, visited every weekend since. Best cafe I’ve been to in years, from the great food to the impeccable service. Any questions or requests are always handled professionally and most importantly with a smile. No wonder there is a queue down the street from opening to close.

Fantastic cafe with in my opinion the best breakfast st helens has to offer. Really great place with a good menu and changing specials so something for everyone. Amazing staff, great value, pleasant surroundings. A definite favourite of many around town, loads of parking and even have events including classic cars depending on the season. We'll worth trying it out you won't regret it

We had a buffet for my sons 21st last night and all I can say is the food was outstanding and will deffinately be going back for any future parties Once again thank you so much PARK ROAD CAFE WELL RECOMMEND 10/ 10 WELL DONE GUYS.

To be honest, I have only had breakfast here. But it has always been exceptionally good, staff are very professional and helpful great cafe and keep up the good work.

Very kind and welcoming staff. I'm always welcomed with a smile and a genuine greeting. When I explained my deafness to the staff they were very kind and once they were made aware of this they really made an effort to communicate with me despite the obvious mask issues owing to covid. It is nice to be treated in such a way were upon you do not feel like a hindrance, and you are made to feel as welcome and as accepted as everyone else.

1st time using this Costa in St Helen's. Wasn't to overcrowded, friendly staff and speedy service. Tables was all clean inside and same on outside seating area. To say it's a small unit it had 3 toilets 1 being disabled access, pleasantly surprised as bigger Costa stores I frequently use only have 1 or 2 very small toilets. Will definitely call in again when I'm near there.

Lovely staff serving, made me feel like a regular even though it was my first experience here. Loved the oat sticker on my iced latte, and the croissant was lovely too. Highly recommend.
