Cutest independent coffee shop in Salford. You can tell the owners take so much pride in all they do, there were so many beautiful details to take in! Gorgeous coffee and cakes; I had an oat milk mocha, and a cherry chocolate torte and I could have had them both again immediately after. the changing exhibition space upstairs is such a peaceful break when you need 5 minutes away from the busy world. The glass front makes for perfect people watching and when the sun shines it looks absolutely glorious I’ll be back as a regular for sure.

Literally my favourite cafe in the whole of Manchester. Words cannot describe the joy I feel when I come in and see what the owner has baked today. She is the loveliest woman ever, so chatty and has an incredible talent for baking. (And there is so much variety in the gluten free and vegan options available).

Absolutely love this little family-run coffee shop! The coffee is delicious, and they have a great selection of cakes. The staff are always so warm and welcoming - Highly recommend!

We couldn’t have been happier with the absolutely stunning wedding cake that Fancy Little Bakes created for our special day. From the moment we discussed our vision, they listened to every detail and brought it to life beyond our expectations. The cake was not only a showstopper in appearance—elegant, intricate, and flawlessly crafted—but also tasted incredible, with each tier offering a different flavor that delighted our guests. It was a true work of art, and we received countless compliments on both its beauty and taste. Fancy Little Bakes' attention to detail, professionalism, and passion for what they do truly shone through. We can't thank them enough for making such an unforgettable contribution to our wedding day!

I came across Fancy Little Bakes on instagram over a year ago and just knew Beth had to make my wedding cake!! It was the most beautiful cake I was honestly blown away, all the flavours were delicious but our favorite had to be the biscoff!! It stayed fresh over a week later, I can’t wait to visit the new shop for a cake fix!

I honestly couldn’t recommend Fancy Little Bakes more - Beth completely brings my vision to life every time! The most recent cake we had was for a networking event and we had nothing but compliments about the taste and design of the cake, but also the friendliness of Beth! Thank you so much again!

What a perfect experience! I ordered two different Plantisserie boxes as surprise presents for my partner. One box was compact enough to fit in the mailbox and the other one was personally delivered by Charlotte, the owner. My partner found everything very delicious. All ingredients are vegan, handmade and very special. I also love that I could opt to include a handwritten note for the recipient and that packaging is kept to a recycable minimum. I can't wait to taste Charlotte's delicious creations myself in the very near future!

I ordered a surprise 30th cake for my partner, choosing flavours, colour scheme, with some example images and Charlotte went above and beyond producing a fabulous and delicious cake. Communication was great through the whole process, all the way to collection. The cake was thoroughly enjoyed by everyone. Over the moon there is a local vegan bakery on my radar now, I can’t thank you enough!

Some of the best vegan cakes and pastries I've eaten (and I've eaten a lot)! The flavours are unique and creative and everything I've tried so far tastes fabulous. Favourite has to be the Jaffa Cake cake - perfection. The cakes are so pretty as well, would definitely recommend you will not be disappointed.
