The cakes are mouth-wateringly good, beautifully decorated and made with the highest quality ingredients. The staff members are friendly, helpful and knowledgeable, and they always go above and beyond to make sure you are happy with your order. The range of cakes is impressive, with options for every taste and dietary need. Whether you are a fan of classic sponge cakes, decadent chocolate treats or fruity delights, you will find something to love at Cake Box. Overall, the experience of shopping at Cake Box is delightful, and I would highly recommend it to anyone in Stoke on Trent who loves cake!

Excellent service. It was very easy to order online. Staff are very accommodating. They were willing to adapt the pick up time. Having the option of an Eggleston cake makes it easier for me. They were also very mindful of my sons nut allergy. Excellent customer service.

Rebecca at Cakeface Designs made our wedding cake. We cannot recommend her more. She was great to work with and sourced the perfect silk flowers for us. It tasted absolutely delicious (with 3 different flavours), looked perfect and was very reasonably priced. We had so many compliments about the cake from our guests. Thanks so much Rebecca!

Ordered a 30th birthday cake for my daughter who is a sister in Critical Care. Fantastic cake designed in her uniform, with amazing detail( the fin watch had her time of birth). Best still it tasted even better than it looked. Thanks again , will come back for our next special occasion.

Ordered a 60th birthday cake for my mum. Couldn’t have had better customer service. Had a phone call to discuss what I wanted and was very fast at responding to messages. The cake itself was beautiful. Will definitely be ordering again.

From the moment I contacted class in cakes, I knew they were the one. Prompt responses which were polite, helpful and accommodating. We had an initial consultation with tasters of our choices of cake, it was such a personal moment for me and my husband. Right up until the day of our wedding nichola was always one message away and when I arrived to our venue, the cake had already been delivered and set up just how we wanted it! If your choosing any cake specialist for your wedding then class in cakes is the one.

I have recently done a class with Nichola and throughly enjoyed it. Any questions I had regarding cake decorating she answered with plenty of knowledge and tips. I do recommend spending time with cakes in class to better your knowledge and skills. The cakes we worked on were pre baked but tasting them afterwards so delicious thank you.

We ordered our cake from the lovely Nichola. The whole process was easy and she helped to advise us on our best options. My partner is celiac and Nichola was fantastic in baking a fully gluten free cake. It looked absolutely perfect on the day and all three flavours were delicious. Nichola supplied all of the decorative flowers and added a little model of our dog at the bottom. Perfection! Thank you Nichola :-) xxx
