Hit a steel bollard couple weeks back, crash bang wallop was recommended to go to and they didn’t disappoint Took my car in Monday said I’d get it back Friday but gave me a call today on Thursday went there and well I was more than impressed with the repair looked like nothing ever happened When I took the car in I asked if they could look at my seat as it was stuck where it was and wouldn’t move and sure enough they fixed that too so can’t fault them at all Great customer service from the whole team easy 5 star review for them would highly recommend to everyone.

Great service friendly staff job done professionally and quickly was told of proceedings and progress regularly Sam and Dave were the repairers and very easy to talk to and explained everything that was to be done and needed .I would thoroughly recommend this repair shop.

I took my Mercedes E Class to Scott at Start to Finish and he did a great job. Very flexible service, no nonsense, competitive pricing. If your after a good body shop and a knowledgeable guy this is the one for you!.
I would totally recommend this company - run by Scott. He can do body work repairs on a TESLA better than anyone. Other repair shops in Cardiff did not want to touch the job, but it was no problem for them. Quick and the finish was perfect and even valeted the car at no extra charge. Really friendly customer service and very relaxed manner. This is the third time I have used him as I have had people drive into my car a few times and every time it has be brilliant ( as brilliant as it can be if someone damages your car!) and very competitively priced. He has also accepted payment directly from the insurers as well on the last occasion. This is a genuine review I picked him out of a number of repair shops online a few years ago and if this ever happen to me again I would not hesitate to use him again. - David
