Dan and Ismail just spent the day rewriting my kitchen and I couldn’t be happier! Efficient, clean and professional while at the same time down to earth and nothing was a problem for them! My whole experience with the Electricall South Wales team was brilliant - from Nicola helping arrange the quote and visit, through Mark being easy to deal with during the quote visit to Dan and Ismail arriving on time before 9am and spending the whole day (gone 5pm) doing the first and second fixing. Needed to use the Out of Hours emergency service on a Sunday morning. Call was answered swiftly and a reassuring first-fix was done with advice over the phone. This saved the cost of an emergency call-out. This was followed up by a really quick response to come out on a weekday, diagnose and fix the problem. The guys were tidy, knowledgeable and friendly. The charge was very fair. I would recommend everything about the team at Electricall South Wales.
