Excellent customer service! Purchased a used Yaris today. From start of the purchase until collection today we have been so impressed with the service. Curtis,Naomi and Tim have been so helpful. Lovely Naomi showed us the interior workings of the car as so many features and Tim even helped us with a query we had from a recent Toyota purchase at a different Toyota dealer. Lovely that the General Manager came out to see us ! And Curtis, you were top man!!! Thankyou all including the lovely receptionist who welcomed us professionally

Professional, friendly service that will always advise you. I regularly go for car service and I am always satisfied with the services. If the car is in the service center longer, you can get a replacement car. The showroom is nice and clean with a large selection of new and used cars.

The after sales team looked after me and my car fabulously during my waiting appointment service. They were efficient, attentive and professional throughout. Special mention to James, Karen and Paul who made my service experience seamless! Always a pleasure visiting Toyota Basingstoke.
