I came to see Jo with a white gold and white sapphire ring, the stone had fallen out and I was looking to get it repaired, Jo discussed with me the option of changing the setting to incorporate a bar to nest the stone, I also wanted to change it to yellow gold. The result is amazing, the setting has changed the clarity of the stone as it isn’t fully encased at the bottom, and the colour transforms it. So pleased Jo suggested this, was amazed when I saw it! I had been looking to make arrangements for an eternity ring for my wife. Having received a number of recommendations we booked in for a bespoke design appointment with Jo. The whole process was a delight and Jo talked us through options, making helpful suggestions and providing guidance. My wife was very happy with final design and adores her new ring. The staff were absoloutely lovely throughout amd would recommend them without hesitation!

After buying a wedding ring that was far too big, I needed to get it resized before I lost it. After researching local jewellers, I decided to use Petra - I wasn't disappointed! The service from start to finish was excellent. From the individual appointment, to the welcoming and relaxed service, I was really impressed. The ring now fits perfectly, and is better than new. The other day, I was welcomed by this very lovely and beautiful young lady that so kindly she showed me all watch collection that the store has. I was amazed by her knowledge as she has told me that she’s only worked there for a few months. And the way she was explaining me about the citizen eco drive and automatic watches. I was impressed. She showed passion and kindness. That is what I look for when going in jewellery place. A person that knows their staff and they are confident when explaining. Ana who has only been employed for two weeks with H Samuel was extremely helpful and was always smiling and happy. Nothing was to much trouble for her and unfortunately I had changed my mind twice ! Did refunds and I purchased new items. One Happy customer.

Excellent customer service. I hobbled in as I walk with a crutch and the lovely gentleman assistant spotted me and assisted me immediately. He could see immediately I was in pain but also that I knew which charm I required. He then got Daisy to swiftly serve me with the nightmare before Christmas charm. I regret not getting his name as he is an asset to your company. All I can say to describe him is that he has amazing style and is simply stunning. The kindest personality. Thank you for the compassion shown during my visit this afternoon.

I went into Pandora to ask if I could have one of the little boxes their charms comes in as I bought something (not from them) to display and give as a gift. The staff and store manager (Blake) was absolutely amazing. Even though I did not spend any money with them their customer service was the best seen by far and I would highly recommend visiting their store if you would like A class service. Thank you Blake and your team for renewing my faith in customer service.

We were served by a lady called Summer, and she provided us the best deal available. Best customer service I have had and she was super friendly and helpful in providing customer service. Couldn't recommend her service in the store enough definitely will re visit!
