Had an amazing experience with Group 1 in dartford. I would like to sing my praises to Lee and Kirsty. Lee was always there to answer any questions with looking for a car and was able to find me one that suited my needs. He was friendly but also very professional - he made me feel comfortable to ask any questions I did have. I would also like to thank Kirsty who made sure I understood how the car functions before driving home with my purchase. Both were great assets to the team and deserve recognition as I know most of the time, it goes unrecognised. Everyone was friendly and attentive. Thank you again !

Had recently taken my and my wifes cars to VW Dartford for a service and MOT. All was dealt with very professionaly, my car didnt require the service just yet so that was put to one side for the moment, and an issue i had was dealt with under the warranty . Roy and Norman are the goats. Just went to a local Dartford networking event at their showroom and the hospitality was fantastic. Put the local community together whilst showing off the new electric model of the car. What a fantastic way to bring Automotives community and business together.

Had a MOT on our Motability car. Went very well. Started on time and was finished with no problems. The two young ladies looked after us very well and kept us supplied with hot drinks. Would definitely recommend them for any service.
