My daughter and I recently celebrated big birthdays and decided to have matching Welded Jewellery. Sophie at the Bluewater store was amazing. She talked us through the process, helped us choose the right jewellery and did a fantastic, flawless application. My daughter and I are absolutely thrilled with our bracelets - the little heart charm just finishes it off beautifully! We would highly recommend to others as it’s such a lovely thing to do. Sophie, thank you again. We absolutely love them.

Quick and professional- Courtney kept us informed and was comforting to my daughter. I would definitely recommend her for getting ears pierced.

I went in looking for a small golden chain for a pendant i already had. Clare helped me and was very attentive, helped me pick out the right chain and helped me try them on, all while being very pleasant and providing great customer service! Thank you very much Clare!

An absolutely wonderful experience! I had a Bluewater gift card to use and decided I wanted something special to remind me of a crazy yet awesome year with my special ed students. Mum and I went into the Pandora store on the Upper Rose Gallery. Cherie - I hope the name on my receipt is correct - served us and was so lovely! She helped me pick the pieces that had special meaning, giving me options and advice. She shared personal experience and was so knowledgeable when asked about how to care for some pearl Pandora jewellery that Mum has and is scared to clean herself. Even though the shop was busy, we were never rushed and were made to feel welcome and valued. If only every shopping experience could be like this!

Came in on Saturday at about 5 ish, was served by Jude. What a lovely lady! She was so kind and helpful, and didn’t mind my indecisiveness. Ended up walking out with 4 new bits. (2 clips and 2 new charms!) Please reward her for her incredible work! Definitely recommend her! She organised my bracelet so beautifully and was such a kind soul. Thank you!

Jenny helped us so much to choose the perfect bracelet. She was very sweet, and very patient. I had a very happy experience.

Recently had an old family engagement ring resized, I had absolutely no concern about leaving it with the lovely people at Bradley's as they made me feel confident and reassured! I knew my beloved ring was in safe skilled hands and I can promise you they didn't disappoint! It didn't realise just how tarnished it was until I saw it again absolutely gleaming! They had polished it up beautifully and the seam from the resize (bigger) is impossible to detect! You would never in a million years know! Absolutely thrilled! Good price and quick work! Thanks again!

Very friendly and professional. They did an appraisal of my ring for my insurance. Extremely helpful! And they have some beautiful pieces of jewellery to buy that I noticed as I was waiting. Would highly recommend!
