I recently bought a used Ford from a different dealership out of town and put it into Park’s for a general inspection and with a couple specific concerns so that I could take a document to the warranty company. When I went to pick up the car, they had fixed the two issues I had told them about and done the inspection, all for less than what I was quoted for the inspection alone! The people I spoke with in reception and service departments were lovely and helpful, would highly recommend!

Recently had my car in to Parks Ford in Inverness for two recalls, I was given a brand new car to enable me to get home, when I collected my car it had been given a quick clean, so I would just like to say a huge thank you to the staff for doing that it was much appreciated.

Just had some recall work completed on my car this week, the staff at Parks Ford are welcoming and professional, the work was completed on time with no issues, they even gave my vehicle a quick valet. Recommended .....Thank you.

We are in Scotland on holiday and the spare key fob wasn't working We rang up they told us to go to the parts department which we did and asked the man who changed the battery within minutes. Very happy with the service.

We had an oil-leakage from the driveshaft on our mobile home, the ultra serviceminded and competent lady at the servicedesk helped me and my wife in a very tough situation. Very good mechanic made a fast and correct job. My recommendations if you are stranded with your vehicle around Inverness!
