I have just picked up my Gran's wedding ring from Colin Campbell this morning. All I can say is wow. I've never seen it looking so good. The ring snapped on my wedding day and I was absolutely gutted as it's very sentimental. It was long overdue in happening as the band was extremely thin and frail. A new half shank was put on my ring and I honestly cannot tell it's had any work done on it. The look of my ring has not been altered at all. I must admit to getting very emotional when I picked it up. I've never seen it looking so shiny and new. Received excellent service from Colin Campbell. I would highly recommend this jewellers. Thank you for doing such an awesome job. It's firmly back on my finger where it belongs.

The team did an absolutely amazing job resetting my moissanite stone for me in a yellow gold setting made by one of their suppliers. They made the process so easy, kept in contact with me and provided updates along the way. Couldn’t have asked for better service and what a beautiful result! Thank you all so much!

Great customer service here after another well known jeweller nearby failed miserably on that front. Andrea helped me choose my new watch from options I was considering, and after that the watch bracelet was adjusted and I left a very happy customer. Excellent service, and I love my new watch.

Shortly before closing time today, (29/08/25), my wristwatch required a new pin, so I went to Samuel's Jewellery shop in Inverness Eastgate. I was met by Paul, a staff member, who carried out the job within, literally seconds. I was very impressed with the quick service I received. Paul was very professional. Absolutely 10/10. I love this shop, I bought my fiance's engagement and then our wedding rings here recently. Was given helpful advice and suggestions, with no pressure at all, and all my noob questions were answered with patience. Apart from the wonderful service, it's just a cool shop to be in and look around, tastefully arranged and with very nice stock. I'm moving abroad soon but when I'm in the Highlands again I'll be back for another look around.

Just such an amazing service, so efficient and nothing seems beyond Roddy’s skills and craftsmanship. Cannot recommend them highly enough.

Lovely guy, knows his job well. Buys and repairs all jewelry. Great wee store just off the high st in Dingwall.
