I bought four mattresses here and Paul was very helpful, full of advice. The house was delayed and they stored them for a few weeks for me which was very helpful. We chose the Kensington mattress and it's reassuringly heavy and very comfortable. These mattresses are very well priced for the quality.

Had a set of bespoke sized mattresses made for one of our eco cabins - plus bought an king size mattress for our other cabin. Received excellent, friendly advice and the quality and service were brilliant. We get lots of great guest feedback about the quality of sleep.

Great quality products at very good prices. Super service. Delighted with our beds.

So we were needing a new bed. Was word of mouth that got us here. Lovely spacious shop. No hassle of sales person they just left us to try out as many without even asking if we needed help. Anyway after trying out a good number we both loved a certain mattress. Took a while to decide on the base but the guy went and said what was in stock and we could get it all same day. So we picked out what we wanted and as they said it was delivered that very same day. Same day delivery for a bed...... unheard of but not with these guys. Love the bed and mattress so much. Top quality. Top service. We always try to support local where we can and these guys knock the socks of the chain bed showrooms. Highly recommended by us.

Fantastic friendly and extremely helpful service received. Fenn was very knowledgeable and extremely helpful, he did all he could to accommodate our needs. Great communication, highly recommended.

Great service at unbeatable prices. Ordered 3 beds and 4 new mattresses, very happy with the quality and service provided. Lots to choose from and delivered on time as had been arranged. Highly recommended.

My daughter and I were delighted with the help we received in store Inverness. Isabella was an absolute five star sales person she was fantastic at her job. She first welcomed us and asked did we want a drink of any sort, then she showed my daughter the machine which would decided which mattress would be best for my daughter. She took her time showing us all that was available to work for her. Daughter decided on bed and Isabella had all the knowledge regarding this adjustable bed with tv. There was no pressure and gave us plenty time to feel each mattress. I would highly recommend her and I’m sure Isabella will go far. Thank you also to Tracey who was fantastic with her knowledge regarding medical issues we had concerns about any questions we had and customer service was above and beyond what we expected Thank you both so much.

Knowledgeable, helpful staff. More concerned with helping the customer with what they want than making a big sale. Very pleasant experience.

We were made to feel very welcome. Our salesman David was very helpful in helping us decide which bed would best suit our needs without making us feel pressured into a sale. Highly recommend dreams inverness.
