Wow...An outstanding garage with fantastic staff! My car developed a fault, and I urgently needed it fixed before my weekend trip. Even though it was Thursday and I was leaving on Saturday, Crane Bank went out of their way to fit me into their busy schedule. They even provided a courtesy car for me to use. As a bonus, they cleaned my car, making it look as good as new. I truly appreciate the professionalism and excellent service they provided. I will definitely use their services again and have no hesitation in recommending them to others. Thank you once more!

Used this garage to fix a coolant leak , I was very impressed with how quick they got me in to be seen and how welcoming the receptionist was . Also they gave me an honest break down to the bill i would paying for the work to be done . When I collected my car the mechanic who had done the work came and spoke to explain every thing . I drove away a very happy customer and will be going back should I need to in the future .

Crane Bank Garage this week replaced the clutch and dual mass flywheel on my Honda CRV. I was given an accurate quotation on cost and kept up to date with progress, all completed without delay. The car was returned to me road tested, cleaned and driving superbly well. Very happy with customer service, workmanship and price. Will certainly deal with Crane Bank in future and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to others.

Dean and his team are absolutely brilliant. Broke down in Chester travelling from Staffordshire. My clutch lever had popped out fetching building materials from Travis Perkins in Chester. Unable to get back home unless my clutch was fixed, Dean sorted my clutch out straight away and wouldn’t charge me. Thoroughly recommend a genuine mechanic who cares about his company and service. Fantastic.

Brilliant service, Diagnosed and sorted out my air conditioning issue on my BMW when other garages quoted me hundreds this was done for less than £100. Would highly recommend great friendly service, will be using for all my mechanical needs in the future. 10 out of 10.
