We stopped at this laundry jewel en route between music schools in Giggleswick and Oswestry. It is wonderful! The lovely women are welcoming, warm, and very helpful. The place is clean and bright. I was considering coming here every week, but it's 200 miles from home. I'll just have to wait for next year!

Fresh Laundry in Hoole is fantastic! The place is clean, with modern machines that make doing laundry quick and easy. The staff are super friendly and always ready to help. Highly recommend if you need a reliable laundrette.

Traveling from Australia and was able to wash and dry myself a weeks worth of washing in this clean and friendly launderette. Owner around to help and provide coins from notes or card. Highly recommend.

In the last 6 months we have had curtains taken down, cleaned and re-hung, multiple garments cleaned and trousers altered. On every occasion the service has been outstanding and at a reasonable price. The owners are really pleasant and extremely helpful. I would not even consider going elsewhere. John Houghton.

Extremely grateful for the super speedy service they gave to me while they was very very bussy. I hade last minute business travel and only 24h to dry clean my suit. The shop did a amazing job and hade it for me same day i will definitely recommend them without hesitation amazing staff took the time to take care of my urgent needs.

The most wonderful place. I trusted them with my wedding dress because I read the great reviews and I can only agree that it was a perfect job and I couldn't be happier. A lovely couple running the shop as well! Thank you and I will definitely come again.

MONOGRAM CHESTER REVIEWS

Our washing machine went down at the Bird in Hand and we had a big backlog of washing. Lots of kitchen cloths that that had been used to soak up dirty water from the washing machine plus my only personal clothes. I called Monogram in the morning to see if they could accommodate it all, they certainly went above and beyond. It was very well priced, the clothes and clothes were cleaned/dried/folded immaculately. Ready to collect within hours and to top it all off they left a business card and a £5 note enclosed which I had left in my pocket.. Couldn't be any happier and what a fantastic service they provide, couldn't recommend them any more

This is the first time that we have used Monogram and will definitely be using again. We returned from our holiday with a suitcase full of dirty shorts, trousers, t-shirts and tops (9.5kg), an unexpected leak in bedroom ceiling, no outdoor drying area or sunshine and limited indoor drying space. We were able to drop our holiday clothes with Monogram on Friday afternoon and collected them again on Saturday afternoon (although available early Sat morning). It was great value for money but most importantly freed up our time to undertake other tasks. It was lovely to put away freshly cleaned and neatly folded clothes so soon after our holiday. Thank you Katy and staff.

A professional and friendly service. Monogram pick up and deliver laundry straight to your door. Or you can bring your washing down to the shop and they do it in there. Allt of services available aswell.. (see pics) the owner katy is lovely and the other staff members too..
