I got a flat tyre just around the corner and took a chance on them bieng able to help instead of waiting for breakdown and bieng towed back to huddersfield. They came down and took my wheel, replaced the tyre and bought it back for me, had me back on the road in about an hour and for a good price. Absolutely lovely, helpful and friendly. -Amanda M Reply

I was going to collect my son from work at the industrial estate. Someone noticed that my tyre was totally flat a nail had caused the damage. Could change the wheel due to being too stiff to get off. Asked Holmfield garage if they could help me. The mechanic managed to sort out the wheel. What a great service and wouldn’t accept any money either. Thank you so much. Highly recommend 5

've tried a few places locally, and this is my first time at Holmfield MOT & Repairs. They have a genuinely different and exceptional quality customer service. Friendly, approachable, accommodating and very professional. MOT was done without fuss. I will definitely recommend this team to anyone in Halifax.

I called into this garage after noticing a strange noise coming from the suspension of my car. Despite being really busy, the man I spoke to at the front desk said they would try their best to fit me in. This ended up being a bigger job due to a broken spring but the garage said they would aim to get it done by the weekend after I had dropped the car in on the Monday - by Thursday it was ready to be picked up. All staff I spoke to were knowledgeable and friendly and kept me at ease in a fairly stressful and unexpected situation. Would highly recommend this garage and will definitely use again!

I was driving my horse box down past the moor when I hear a clicking sound coming from the front drivers side. Pulled over to find a bolt and washer stuck in the tyre. Managed to get to Dry Clough Lane Garage who were extremely helpful and sorted me out straight away. They were simply amazing giving the stress of my situation with the horse onboard. Efficient and fantastic customer service. Thank you!

Took my car here as it had broken down, and I was extremely impressed with the professionalism of everyone there, and they fixed it quickly.

I was parked on Savile Park Moor and when I tried to start the engine to go home I found my battery was completely flat. I was very concerned because my husband who has severe mobility problems was with me so walking for help wasn't an option.I I didn't have my breakdown cover details with me. I realised Dryclough Lane Garage was just a little way down the road and have them a call and explained my predicament. I spoke to the Service Manager Mark Walker who very kindly said he would be with me in ten minutes. He arrived in 5 minutes and got my car started in no time. I asked him how much I need him and he said there was no charge. I was very grateful. I feel sure many garages would have charged a call out few at the very least.
