Emotions have handled everything from start to finish with professionalism and kindness.. We were first introduced to Steve and we were very impressed by his empathy. Then Claire took over all the necessary administration such as booking the meeting to choose the burial plot and the planning of the Order of Service - she handled all the many revisions with patience. I highly recommend Emotions. They have a lovely office to visit too, a beautiful building. Thank you to all the team.

Emotions Funeral Service went above and beyond for my family and me during our difficult time. Charlotte's compassion and efficiency were evident from our first conversation and continued throughout. She handled every detail with care, offering invaluable guidance and support. Claire, in the office, was equally helpful and kind. It almost doesn't feel right writing a review at a time full of so much sadness. But, if I can bring confidence to you in your lowest time know that choosing a funeral with Springhead is most certainly the right thing to do. From start to finish the team looked after my family and I. I was guided through initial processes (most if which I had no idea even existed) and someone was always on hand to answer any questions I had. The team did a stupendous job in preparing my loved ones so I could say goodbye that one last time, a very personal thing that you got absolutely perfect. Huge commendations go to your team for making this tragic life event one I can look back on with peace and contentment.

We recently used Springhead Funeral Service (Keighley) to organise my mums funeral. From start to finish Merv was brilliant! All of the companies can do the big things but it is the smaller things that really made our treatment special. Merv was always on hand - kind, caring and respectful going above and beyond to ensure everything was done quickly and smoothly. We would highly recommend Merv and his team for ensuring your loved ones receive the send off they deserve.

Gillian and the team are excellent. A great local funeral directors. All arrangements for Jonathan were perfect and we had full confidence in them. Their prices are also very competitive. Thank you!

Lovely service. Very professional and ran smoothly. Everything was dealt with with a lot of empathy and understanding which must be difficult to do due to the nature of the job when dealing with bereaved families. Special mention to Janine Shepherd who was absolutely fantastic. We've used Lawrence for other previous family funerals, and will continue to use them in the future. Thank you.

They made our very sad day the very best it could be, they took care of everything nothing was left to do or say. Rebekah made sure things were perfect and they did everything beautifully, Rebekah and the team at dignity gave our family exactly what we needed that day. Thank you very much for all you did.

The whole staff were excellent very compassionate and caring and helped us through the whole procedure from collecting Mum to the actual funeral. They took time to chat to us and to listen to us they made the whole process as comfortable as it could be.
