We dropped our son’s car today for a tracking issue. I found the staff very helpful and professional with regular up dates on the issue, and all completed by lunchtime even though the car wasn’t actually booked in! Louise even picked me up to collect it. Great service. We will definitely use again. Thank you central tyre and auto team.

I’ve always been impressed with the excellent and knowledgeable service I get from Cottage Street Garage but last week they went above and beyond. I had a blow out the evening before I was due to take an early morning flight abroad. Not only did they order the tyre as soon as I called them but the following morning the car was back on my driveway and the keys through my front door so my travel plans weren’t interrupted.

Fantastic service from this garage. My van urgently required a starter motor fitting. The garage team managed to find a slot in a very busy workshop. Because the starter problem was intermittent the mechanic fitting the motor phoned me to ensure there was a problem with motor and not the battery so I didn't incur unnecessary costs. Thanks Cottage Street garage I'll definitely be back for servicing and MOT.

Whilst I had some initial customer service issues with this garage they listened, and reacted extremely well to them. Big thank you to MANDY at this garage she clearly has passion and also the knowledge to truly stand out from the competitors.

We were on holiday and passed through the town when our car's splash guard came off. We found this place, and Danny and Nick were very kind to help. They were able to patch it up, so we're back on the road again. Lovely lads, and I would recommend them to anyone looking for assistance.

Taken my car to this garage a few times now, wouldn’t go anywhere else. My car always comes back in excellent condition. Top lads who know what they’re doing and are professional about it. Couldn’t recommend a better garage.
