We have been having our house cleaned for over 6 months and it is always done to a high standard. It’s lovely coming home to clean house! We have the same cleaner every week and Diane is flexible if we ever do need to change our day. It’s been such a good service that my Mum now has her house cleaned too. We have recently started using Diane’s laundry service where she collects our ironing/ washing and returns it the same day. Overall we are very impressed and would fully recommend Diane and her team.

I arranged a weekly cleaner through Diane last autumn for my elderly parents and was very pleased with the service. The cleaner Helena was hard working, reliable, trustworthy and lovely with my parents. The service really helped them as they started to struggle and the family home was kept nice and clean. Dealing with Diane was very easy. Couldn’t fault them. Thanks Diane and Helena.

Absolutely brilliant, my house looked amazing and smelt so fresh and clean. I work full time and have 4 dogs, therefore little time for cleaning, but Kerry and Helena worked their magic and made my house sparkle again. They are both extremely trustworthy and reliable. I honestly cannot recommend them enough. 100% excellent.

Kerry and Helena have just started cleaning my house, and I am so impressed with the standard and the attention to detail. My husband is at home during the day and he said that they worked so hard, even making a great job of my teenage sons' bedrooms. Thank you to you both, I would recommend you to anyone.

Helena and Kerry did an amazing job on our house, they were very speedy and thorough and the whole place was left spotless. They are great at communication and we’re happy with the little extra bits I asked them to do. All in all and excellent service would highly recommend.

I've been dealing with Poppies for a year and I can highly recommend them. Our regular cleaner is punctual, friendly and nice to have around, and does a great job. When she has been on holiday the cleaners standing in for her are all of the above too! The office are easy to deal with, professional but friendly. All in all, an excellent company to deal with.

Absolutely thrilled with the quality of clean I receive. Poppies worked with me to find the right cleaner and are very open to feedback. Some minor struggles relating to replacement cleans if my cleaner is ill on the day. But much higher standard and easier to communicate and rectify any issues given they are an agency versus my experience of working directly with a self-employed cleaner. Highly recommend.

Poppies are excellent. I had no idea what to do about the hairs that my animals were leaving around my place. I had tried everything. So I called Poppies and within an hour, not only were all the hairs removed, but my home was cleaned, beautifully. Transformed, in fact. So I highly recommend Janet and Annekka - friendly professional and brilliant at their job.
