My local garage told me I had an issue with the upper arms of my car and they couldn't fix it. I contacted Auto motive who were able to quote me and offer me a repair date. Yesterday I brought my car in and straight away I was told the upper arms looked ok and if they didn't need doing they won't do them. I left my car and went, hour or so later I was contacted and told it was the lower arms that had an issue and good news is they're considerabley cheaper to fix. The work was completed by the end of the day and I was shown the damage on the arms. Everyone I spoke to was really friendly and helpful. Completely recommend this garage! Thank you.

First time using this garage and definitely won’t be the last. Booked my MK7 GTI in for a temperature issue which was diagnosed within a few hours as a stuck open thermostat. Quoted on a new water pump & thermostat to which I agreed and all work was completed on the same day. The man I dealt with in the office (sorry I didn’t catch your name) was happy to answer any questions I had once I picked up my car and they even retained the faulty part to show me what was wrong. Top Quality and Fast Service! Their website said same day MOT and that’s exactly what I got! After having been let down on the day by another mechanic I was desperate to get my car MOT done (along with a replacement rear coil spring) but couldn’t find any testers in the area with same day availability. I called up Malling Repair Services at 3pm, was booked in straight away, dropped the car off shortly after and by 5pm I got a call to say all the work was done and the car was ready to collect!! This is my first time using Malling Repair Services, but will definitely be using them again. What a find.
