John came to our house yesterday & opened our front door that we had lost the key for about 30 years ago & had not been opened since .Very efficient & a true professional Well done John my wife is over the moon.

Fantastic service from a real honest gent. I phoned him up after locking myself out of my home by not realising that I had left a key in the lock inside which prevented me from putting my key fully in. He was very busy but found the time to get to me in under an hour, within a minute he had the door open for me all I can say is I recommend this company the cost was very pleasing and he was a very friendly man. I would have no hesitation in using him again.

We had two sticking locks on our French doors. I found John on the Internet and asked him for his help and advice on the Friday. I later sent him some photos on WhatsApp and he said said he could come over on Saturday afternoon - even though he doesn't normally work weekends. In 90 minutes he had fixed both locks and only charged a very reasonable price. What an excellent craftsman with service second to none. We are most impressed.

Lock decided to give up the ghost on the front door, Paul came identified the issue straight away even pointed out the barrel was not 100% he fixed the issue & put in a much better barrel then we had. Paul knows his job & gave an all round 5* service with reasonable prices. Highly recommended. Would use your services again without a doubt. Thank you.

My son locked us out of the house whilst I was away in Italy. Harry was busy but because the other local lock smith was also unavailable he went out of his way to attend our property and get my wife and son in and safe. I’d give 6 out of 5 if I could. 100% recommend!!!

Harry was amazing. I phoned in the evening to ask if Cutting Edge Locksmith could fix my UPVC front door not locking (which is obviously an emergency matter), and he arrived within an astonishing 20 minutes. Then fixed the issue promptly, too - at a very fair price it must be said. I’m a delighted customer, and genuinely highly recommend him.

5 star service from Harry at Cutting Edge. Arrived the morning after we moved in to change 4 locks. Plus he was able to sort out a French door that we just could not get open. He charged a total of £140 including labour and he was with us for about 90 minutes. He returned a few days later to fix the seal on one of our windows that was letting in draught and traffic noise. Harry is a great young business owner and he has our full recommendation.
