Re: BMW M340i Work carried out – Engine oil and filter service, brake fluid service, software update, front and rear brake discs and pads. The name says it all really, Perfect touch. I usually go to BMW to get my motor taken care of, but my last few visits have not been so good, and have left me with a feeling of time to ditch BMW. And was also a bit sceptical about taking it to another garage as I wanted that BMW history. I’ve now lost that feeling also lol. After highly recommended reviews from friends and from reading Google reviews, I decided I would come to Perfect Touch Performance. Which turned out to be a great decision. Super friendly and great customer service, which for me is a key feature nowadays. And with Jo and Claudio that’s exactly what I’d experienced, so thank you guys. Not only was the service great my car was also looked after and returned the way I’d given it. Claudio is also very knowledgeable and can give you some good advice for almost any work you’d like to carry out on your car. I highly recommend bringing your cars here. You will not be disappointed. Keep up the good work guys

Not sure what these guys have done to my car but all I can say is I was driving home with the biggest smile. My car feels brand new. Barry and the team were excellent and it’s always good banter with these guys, they make you feel at home whether on the phone or in person. I will definitely bring my car here from now on. Really happy with the service provided by the folks at Perfect Touch Performance. I used them recently for a full service and MOT for my Cupra 290 and am happy with how everything went. Also came here last year for a wheel alignment and new tyres and was equally happy with the results back then. Will definitely continue to come back.

Thank God for CSS. I wouldn’t go anywhere else. Friendly helpful staff, but more importantly they are honest about the work and prices. On 3 occasions I’ve been told a price and when I’ve gone to pay it’s much less! As the part wasn’t needed or the labour didn’t take as long as expected. Which is a nice surprise! And very honest on their part. The mechanics are amazing at this garage. In the past I’ve had terrible experiences with other garages, overcharging me and not identifying the problem meaning I have to go back. All that is like a distant memory now I’ve found CSS!! Highly recommended.

I've used CSS now for years for all my vehicle servicing and maintenance. The staff are friendly and efficient, and if extra items have been needed they have always confirmed extra costs in advance. I have never had the slightest problems and would definately recommend.

Great people to deal with, always very accommodating and most importantly don't rip you off. I have been going here for 8 yrs and always been extremely happy with the work carried out.

A really good and honest garage. Been using this garage for a few years now and for 2 years running they have charged me less than quoted for servicing as the car mileage didn't warrant the bigger job. All the staff are super helpful and so much value in knowing they will never overcharge.
