Wasn’t sure what was wrong with my gaming PC until I took it to Algis. After ordering the correct part he was able to fix everything in a speedy and efficient way. Friendly individual who can easily be trusted and highly recommend.

I had a keyboard issue with my dell laptop - APC repairs were great, they looked and ordered the part very quickly and accommodated me to come in very quickly to get it sorted - impressed with the service and price was very reasonable.

Visited APC due to a wireless issue with my laptop. Al was first class and sorted the problem within 5 minutes. Great service and really reasonably priced, I would definitely recommend!

Rapid Tech Ltd are the best! My very old macbook pro stopped working. It required new ram and a new hard drive. Not only this but the operating system would not respond correctly. They spent hours fixing it but did not give up! Now my macbook runs like a dream. They charged a very reasonable rate and did an amazing job. All of that on top of a world pandemic and lockdown. Thank you Rapid Tech!!

Great Service, could not be happier. Would highly recommend Sam and his team, they explain in depth and ensure you are happy to go ahead with the matter in hand. Currently working on my second laptop to get it back on track, and would use over again for any tech support needed within the company/home.

Have brought 2 of my Macbooks for repair. One took some time for the new hard driver to be delivered but upon changing it, he realised it was just water damage and was fixed without needing a new hard drive. Saved me a ton of money! Appreciate the honesty.

My PC was not booting up and was making an endless beeping sound, I was skeptical and worried that it was a motherboard issue. Contacted this guy and asked how much he would charge for a diagnosis and I was very surprised and delighted when he said he would diagnose for free. I left my PC with him and he told me that the issue was indeed the motherboard, however the PC was now booting up correctly after he removed one of the RAM slots, he still let me collect the PC free of charge. He also gave me a quote on how much a repair would cost, so I will definitely be returning in the future to have the repair done! Fantastic service, thank you for all of your help.

Over the last few weeks, I have had a PC and laptop configured for Office 365 use and the recovery of data from a faulty external drive. All communication has been fantastic, all work quick and I cant fault the service. Very reasonable pricing! Highly recommended!

Fixed one son's PS4, infact completely refurbished it so it was like new again! And also saved and fixed my other son's laptop from water damage. Good communication, very helpful and I would highly recommend. Thank you!
