I was really impressed with the service and communication from Johnny’s Garage Ltd. I received both a text and email reminder about my appointment, followed by a video clearly showing the issues with my car before they asked if I wanted to go ahead. I then had a follow-up phone call with a full explanation. Once I gave the go-ahead, I was sent an email confirmation of the work to be carried out, which I signed off with my customer number. The repair was completed with good quality parts, and when I collected the car I was shown all the old parts that had been replaced. After driving away, I noticed a slight grinding sound, so I messaged them on WhatsApp. They checked it straight away and reassured me it was only a shield rubbing - nothing serious. I really appreciated the clear communication, the paper trail, and the modern approach compared to other garages I’ve used. The repair was also completed quickly. Overall, a very professional and thorough service. I’ll definitely be using them again!

Broke down on the M6 on my way to near Wrexham, my son phoned round loads of garages and Johnnys were the only one willing to take my van in last minute, fixed it the next day and back on the road again, fantastic service, highly recommend, and reasonably priced too, lovely garage!

Great friendly service ! I took my car here for an MOT and a light had come on in the car to say the brake fluid needed changing. When I went to collect my car they advised me that the brake fluid was fine and didn't need changing. It made a pleasant change from something just being done even when it didn't need to be. I have since been back there for tyres, again a flawless service. Highly recommended and I will definitely be using them for my car in the future !
