Really lovely staff, super helpful and repairs didn't cost as much as I was anticipating. Dropped off my PS5 needing new hdmi port and controller joystick was drifting. All fixed within a couple hours and they even glued up a crack in the stand that I'd forgotten to mention. Many thanks!

Amazing service from Steve! I did my PC upgrade here (A rather big upgrade) and the work was quick and it looks/runs amazing. They even sourced all the upgrades for me which saves a headache, They keep you posted on everything that's going on, The work was completed in 2 days. I'll be using these guys from now onwards, cannot give enough praise!

I took my PC to them last week for a new GPU, ram and ssd they fixed it the next day and it has been nothing but perfect absolutely flawless work I will definitely go back there for a new cpu and motherboard, excellent work definitely recommend.

Requested via the contact form on the website to increase the memory, replace a fan and do a service on my gaming rig. Mediafields collected my rig from my home the next day, did the work, kept me updated at all times and even gave me a different option for the fans which saved me money. This will be my goto place for anything computer related.

Mediafields fixed my sons Mac Book as the main screen was black. They advised me of the cost and kept me updated through the process. Super fast service and very professional. I had a very nasty virus on my laptop that wiped everything clean. A good friend of mine recommended Paul of Derwen Computers. Took my laptop there today and met Paul and Amber. Paul quickly got to repairing and some how or other managed to get all my folders and files back – phew ! The work was done very efficiently and Paul talked me through what had happened and how he was putting it right. All done for a very modest fee and I will recommend Paul to anyone experiencing challenges with their computers.

I thought I would try Derwen Computers after being recommended to me. I dropped my laptop there this morning and within two minutes it was fixed, still usable and all my data still there. He is amazing! I will never trust big chains again and always go to him first. Thanks so much! Life Saver.
