A professional experience from start to finish with a focus on providing a quality service without compromising on your safety both in regards to fire safety, double checking just to be sure as he has not worked on our chimney before, and covid. Dusty ended up putting a camera into the flew as the configuration was a little atypical. Turns out it's all ok and safe to use and he has issued us a certificate for the works. What's more Dusty found a brush left in the chimney by a previous sweep... Obviously they were not as good as Dusty is. Same time next year please. - Paul B

I was extremely happy when I got home from work to see what Dusty Sweeps has done, the work was above and beyond what I was expecting. Not only was the chimney swept he had even completely emptied the fire of all soot and debris. Steve sent me a text to confirm rough eta on day of appointment. He was very thorough cleaning our chimney and made no mess whilst doing it. He is a lovely friendly man l would recommend him to anyone needing their chimney swept and will be calling on his services again next year.

Steve is professional, courteous and reliable. He offers wonderful advice and tips for you to get the best out of your appliance. Highly recommended for a first class service. 5 star rated.
