We were very impressed with Brusby Surveyors! Alistair took great care in his visit to our property, and made detailed notes and photographs. We received our report back shortly after the survey, and Alistair was accomodating in taking a telephone call before the report just to let us know a general overview. We would absolutely use Brusby again and highly recommend them!

I cannot recommend Alistair at Brusby building chartered surveyors highly enough. He did a level 2 RICS survey which was done very efficiently and was very informative. It was delivered on time with writing and pictures which was very easy to understand. Thanks to him I've had please of mind buying new property.

I instructed John Cooke to undertake a level 3 survey of the property I was interested in. I was very impressed with the depth of the report and attention to detail. It flagged up numerous matters, some small, some not so small. I would recommend Cooke and co to anyone without reservation.

Having contacted a few surveyors I was most impressed by Cooke & Co. Having instructed them for a level 3 buildings survey I was thrilled with the attention to detail and the extra inspections made on my behalf. That plus the ease of communication and David’s personal opinion has made the whole process so much less stressful than expected. I can not recommend them highly enough.

Carried out a survey on a grade II listed building for me. The report was very detailed and highlighted quite a few issues which were present and others which could arise in the future. It was an excellent tool to help me decide whether to carry on with the property purchase.
