Kevin was quick to get back to me and came out with late notice on a bank holiday to remove a bird. He was friendly and efficient and did a really thorough job sweeping the chimney etc. I would definitely recommend and if we need any maintenance will use again.

Communications good, arrived on time, pleasant chimney sweep. Explained what he was doing and what he found. Clean job done. Planning to ask Kevin Tallant back next time chimney needs sweeping.

Highly recommended. Nice person, highly professional service. Left our wood burner looking like new. Wonderful service and great value for money.

My husband sweeps our chimney and lost the brush up the top. After a lot of swearing he said never again. I phoned Sweep Smart the next day quick and polite they came that afternoon. They got the brush down (which went straight in the dustbin). They did a great job no mess and coming back to do a deep clean and a repair job. Thank you Keil see you again next year!

Had our chimney repointed and a refurbished Victorian pot fitted on top of our thatched cottage. The guys were very considerate of the thatch and done a fantastic job. We are very pleased with the outcome. We also use Cleansweep to clean our chimneys once a year and would highly recommend for their cleanliness and respect for your property. I had an old neglected chimney in need of tlc. The guys went up and sorted it out without any fuss. I now have a repaired cap slab and lead flashing and the old disconnected aerial is removed. I had to wait a couple of weeks but in the end the service was well worth the wait. I recommend them to anyone with chimney issues. Good service and communication.

We used clean sweeps today for the first time, and we will definitely be back next year. They arrived in good time, were clean and tidy and also fixed a problem with our burner which will mean it performs better. Very happy.
