The team is kind, professional, and truly understands the needs of someone living with dementia. They took the time to get to know my mother as a person-not just her condition-and provided care that was thoughtful, compassionate, and consistent. Every carer we met was respectful, patient, and went above and beyond to make sure she felt comfortable, safe, and valued. They helped with everything from daily tasks to simply keeping her company and bringing a smile to her face. Communication has also been excellent. We were always kept informed, and any concerns or questions were handled quickly and with great care. It gave us real peace of mind knowing she was in such good hands. My grandad has been looked after by Greenleaves for the past 3 years. Sadly, he recently passed away but he absolutely loved his carers. They always went above and beyond for him and their care was second to none. We were left in a difficult situation after he was discharged from hospital without a care package in place and one staff member in particular was able to put something in place and get someone out on the same day. It really was a life saver. I am struggling to put into words how grateful we all are for their consistent care not just for my grandad but they also were there to help us as a family with financial, medical and wellbeing support. These last 3 years would have been infinitely more difficult without them on our side. From the bottom of my heart, thank you.

Greenleaves look after my Aunt at home and their care is fantastic. She is cared for so well and she loves them. The manager and carers were so thoughtful in going to visit her at hospital a couple of weeks back and very glad she's now back home with them again.

Anchusa Care came into my son's flat to care for him as he was diagnosed with MND which is a very cruel disease. They visited his flat four times a day and also through the night when required. It was always a two-carer team and a single carer through the night. Myself and my family found them to be an excellent, professional company and very reliable, always on time, they took so much pressure off of my family. My son was bedridden and had to be hoisted on all visits which they took in their stride and would not leave until he was settled and comfortable and myself and my family cannot thank them enough.
