Paul did a cctv video of inside my chimney to see what was causing my problem. He was really friendly. On time. Quite knowledgeable. But most of all he was really really willing to help come up with a plan for me to sort out my problem even though my provlem was unusual. We discussed it at length. I would recommend their services.

Friendly, honest, thorough, polite, and a it's a pleasure dealing with these guys. Kier was an absolute gent and made sure that everything was done to ensure that a fly infestation as a result of a dead bird was thoroughly sorted. Cannot recommend enough. Very transparent and great value for money.

We are using Sweep Smart for years to get our chimney serviced. Without fail they have been reliable, very friendly, clean, thorough, easy to book etc. I can highly recommend their service.

Swept four chimneys for us at our new house in Harrow, which I don't think had been serviced in quite some time! Exceptional helpful with working out what for was connected to what pot, friendly, on time, not expensive, fitted us in at short notice, absolutely no mess or fuss, highly recommended. Thanks Gary!

I’ve used gary for the past two years and have found him to be very reliable, meticulous and very tidy with his work. My wood burners look like new after he’s been and I can always look forward to heating my home with confidence that the chimneys have been properly swept.

Fantastic service at an amazing price. Very clean and tidy, he protected all surfaces before he began and made sure the chimney was clean and working correctly. We will use Gary every year.
