I was looking for a surveyor that was local to us to undertake a level 3 survey for a property that we were interested in buying. Rahul was extremely helpful in working to our timelines and the cost of the survey was very reasonable. Our surveyor Ed was fantastic and did an extremely thorough inspection of the property. His report was detailed and we went over it on a call. This was the most helpful part as we walked through every part of the house with Ed explaining his findings. Ed took his time and we didn't feel rushed at all as we asked many questions. Ed and Rahul were always available and responsive when we contacted them. If we had further questions, we reached out to Ed and either discussed things via email or we got on a call. Going through the purchase of a property is stressful, however the customer service provided by Websters was faultless and their professionalism and knowledge really helped us in making a final decision on the property. There knowledge of the local area especially is fantastic. I would highly recommend Websters and if I am ever in the market again, I would not hesitate to use their services again.

Max Shutkever did a really excellent job of surveying my property. I appreciated his friendly manner when he called beforehand to understand my reasons for having the survey done. He was flexible about dates and provided a very clear and thorough report which met our needs. Highly recommended.

Very comprehensive RICS Level 3 Building Survey by Stuart Boughey. Stuart was proactive in setting up a meeting to discuss any questions we had with the survey, and clearly had excellent knowledge of the property. Would reccomend to anyone looking for a surveyor in North London.

Chloe is really excellent. Very thorough report going into a lot of detail. Also went though the report with us over the phone to make sure we understood all of the aspects. He's knowledgeable, friendly and goes far beyond what you would expect from most surveyors. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend.
