I have been a client for many years, benefitting from a combination of regular chiropractic adjustments with James and sports massage with Tom, Nichola and Jabeer. Everyone is always extremely professional and knowledgeable. They always manage to address and resolve any aches and pains I have. They also give great advice for staying fit and healthy. I would highly recommend.

I have MS and regular massage sessions at Bolton Spinal Health helps me manage my condition. At each session with Nichola we discuss where we need to focus and target the area which needs it most. Great work Nichola and thank you Reception staff are friendly and flexible too with my appointments.

I have had regular treatment from Bolton Chiropractic / Bolton Spinal care for a number of years. To say my quality of life has been improved would be an understatement! Been seeing Jack over the past month or so with muscle and lower back pain. I went in happy to leave with just a small reduction in the pain but I now have essentially no pain and I’m able to move significantly better than previously. Jack is very professional in his approach and always made sure I was comfortable and explained what he was doing so that I understood the purpose and goal.

Love this place. Jack is super knowledgeable, friendly and is just a great Chiropractor. He puts any worries at ease and clearly explains everything as he's going through the appointment. Headaches & backache are immeasurably better. Looking forward to my next appointment!
